Support the first-ever Green Map of Amsterdam

Currently, I'm working to realise a dream: the very first #GreenMapofAmsterdam / #GroeneKaartvanAmsterdam. While most urban maps display only streets and buildings, our map will showcase all of Amsterdam's green and blue spaces in which we can work, play, and relax.

From Urban Good: "It will be a big and beautiful cartographic paper map, paying tribute to the city we love. It is also the start of a dialogue about the importance of nature in the urban environment. Visualising the green - and the blue - you can use the map to explore the many ways in which the urban green can be used: imagine an outdoor classroom, a working space or an allotment."

The map is being developed by Nature Desks, together with Urban Good, producer of the critically acclaimed #GreenMapofLondon.

Now, we need your help:

Urban Good has have teamed up with Daniel Heath Studios to produce some limited edition screen prints to raise enough money to research, design, and print 1000s of green maps. These screen prints can be purchased to support the cause on our crowdfunding site on Indiegogo.

Through our crowdfunding campaign, we hope to cover half of the costs to make the map; the rest will be funded by partners and funds. Donations start at just €15, - which will ensure you can explore the city with one of our very first green maps!

Amsterdam deserves it, let's make it happen! 😍
