Nadinè is a PhD Candidate in Ecological Engineering, jointly at University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin, and currently, a Fulbright Scholar at MIT Senseable City Lab. She holds BSc (Hons) and MSc (cum laude) degrees in Ecology, Evolutionary Biology and Earth Sciences from the University of Toronto, National University of Singapore, and the University of Amsterdam. Nadinè specializes in "urban technoecology", and within that, defined the "Internet of Nature", where she experiments with emerging technologies to monitor urban forest and soil health.
